About the maker

A small studio built around texture, contrast, and presence.

MOLT Studio is a fictional jewelry practice founded by Mara Vale, a Toronto-based jewelry maker working from a small bench studio. Pieces move through pop-ups, Instagram drops, and custom requests.

The work is shaped around sterling silver, bronze accents, oxidized finishes, and pieces that feel unearthed rather than polished flat: substantial, imperfect, and personal enough to keep close. Custom work typically takes 4-6 weeks from design notes to finished piece.

The site turns scattered interest from DMs into a clearer path: browse the drop, understand the custom process, and join the next release before it disappears.

Worn and kept

Why buyers come back.

"My custom ring feels like something I found in an old box and immediately knew was mine."

Custom ring buyer

"I wanted a gift that did not look like every other pendant online. This had weight and meaning."

Gift buyer

"The first chain became my daily piece. I came back for hoops because the finish wears in beautifully."
