How we get to a confirmed scope.

  • You send your project details — business, services, and what you want the site to do.
  • I reply with the best-fit package and clear next steps.
  • We confirm scope and price before any work starts.
  • We confirm the 50/50 payment split (deposit up front, balance at launch).
  • The build timeline starts after approval, deposit, and the content and account access I need.

What happens each week.

  1. Wk 1Kick-off

    30-min kick-off call — you send photos, info, and colours

    We confirm your services, service area, goals, and tone. You send over photos, logo (if you have one), and 200 words about your business. That's it — I take it from there.

    Design direction — you give feedback, we refine

    I create a focused design direction based on your content and trade, then refine it using the edit rounds and scope included in your selected package. No design experience needed — just "yes, that" or "more like this."

    Live build and testing — you check it on your phone, we fix

    The full site goes live on a staging link. You open it on your phone, tap through it like a customer would, and flag anything that feels off. I work through your notes quickly — usually within a day or two.

  4. Wk 4Launch

    Go live + 15-min training walkthrough

    We connect your domain, run final checks on all links, forms, and mobile layout, then flip the switch. If your project includes a CMS or editor-friendly setup, I walk you through how to update text and photos yourself.

For most smaller builds, I keep your time under a few focused hours. You don't need a perfect brief or any design knowledge — just the basics below. Growth and Custom builds may need more feedback, photos, service-area details, or account access.

Smaller offers work differently:

  • Website Review: a short audit and next-step recommendation.
  • Quote Path Cleanup: a focused improvement pass for the contact and quote flow on an existing site.
  • Landing Page Refresh: a focused improvement to one existing page, not a full rebuild.

After launch: if you want ongoing help, the monthly care plan covers minor updates, monthly form/link checks, and priority email support.
